0.6.5.3

In all honesty this version should've come out bit sooner, but I was kinda stuck with revamping population screen interface and adding option to boost girls' willpower stats. I was thinking to making it to 0.6.6 with bunch of other changes, but then decided I could get some actual response on new elements. Anyway, I'm still all in on balance and polishing. Alchemy system comes next.

  • Threesome scenes will reflect if girls are relatives

  1. Tried to continue existing game with new version. Fully expanded servant quarters, 14/25 servants. Game correctly shows occupants. Tried to move someone out of jail. It says that there is no room for them in servant quarters. Tried both types of saves with the same result.

  3. Laboratory is still confusing.

    "See Help" states that servant needs Magic Art and SERVICE.
    But selecting an unqualified servant states that it requires Magic art Journeyman or above and MANAGEMENT Apprentice or above.

    So which is it?

  4. Found a bug in Visit Laboratory/See Help. It says "Magic arts and Service will be her prime skills", but if you actually try to assign a laboratory assistant, it's Magic arts and Management that counts.

  5. Might I suggest re-adding a Health indicator to the Residents screen. It used to list percent, now nothing to show a badly wounded servant.

    Thanks for re-balancing Forage/Buying food, with Foragers no longer being clawed to death all the time the two are once again equivalent.

  6. About Willpower advancement: I think a simple way to allow advancement yet keep each girl unique is to set a different stat cap for each girl.

    For example, formerly when you won a fight that girl would get +1 courage up to a maximum of 60. Instead of hardcoding a limit here, make it different for each girl.

    Maybe make it so the end stats are equal to the start stats + 40 or something like that, or even some random arbitrary number for each girl. Maybe this girl that I got with 50 Courage and 20 Charm is already at her Courage limit, but can get up to 80 Charm if I take my time and groom her well. This would encourage players to experiment with their girls to find out their true potential, while still keeping each girl unique.

    1. I think this is pretty risky. Not only we add 4 new variables for each girl and redo all current ways to change willpower, this will also add fair amount of randomness to existing slaves with any less chance to get girl which will be suiting your exact needs.

  7. I personally like the new system for willpower advancement. Not easy or something lightly done, but possible. Wouldn't mind having the health percentage on the residence tab again. Also, how the heck do you access the underground city in the first place? It seems a lot of these unique events are hard to find in the first place.

    1. It took me 200+ days just to get to the Dryad Plant. Not for lack of walking about.

      Currently you cannot tell the health level of a servant until you get into combat.
      Apparently Healthy as the message can be Good on up.

    2. If it helps, I think survival skill determines your chance of finding unique events.

    3. Specifically, it boosts rare events which include unique. Undercity is still accessed from the marsh with survival skill. I don't think I made any changes to it.

    4. Just bad luck then, or needing more than Journeyman Survival. My companion is at Journey, Combat, Survival, and Body Control. Need to raise her stats to get higher, but she is at 9:9 of skill potential with I think 5 unspent and unspendable skill points.
      Also worked up an Escort girl, now cash flows in like water. About every 5-6 days I can afford a Stat-upgrade.

      Escort - Journey Allure and Sexual Proficiency, about 150G a day.
      Chef - no longer bothering with forage or hunt, she just buys food. Haven't been able to identify yet if Management or Service affects performance.

      Magical Assiatant - Journey Management, Expert Magic. Watching over 4 girls in the Apiary for 9-12 mana a day.

      Magic Guild, stuck currently on the Tauran Girl, no ideas where/how to even look for one.
      Tried using Mutate to generate one, but eventually they just broke and I popped the girls in the Apiary.
      Without out that I cannot start the Guild quest to build the underground and gain access to construction. So locked at base sizes for now.

    5. Actually, if you are asked for taurus girl, you should be able to meet sebastian for sidequest which unlocks upgrades.

    6. Hmm, met Sebastian at the Market for the Youth Potion quest. Never had any encounters in Shaduk(sic). Will go back and try the market again.

  8. Apiary #4 doesn't appear to list its occupant. Added a 4th to the apiary and still only showed 3, not including the new one, but showed 4/5 in use. Added a 5th occupant and it listed her and the first 3, but still did not list #4.

  9. 1. So, I noticed that most girls get additional skill points after some time, what is nice. The problem is that not all of my slaves get all skillpoints even if their level is higher. (example I have a gir level over 20, she should have 16 skill points but she only got 14 skill points)

    2. Sometimes I encounter girls whithout a race, it if ether only a dot where it should have race or it is blanc.
    3. In some encounters,Ibelieve in the forest when i use mind read under willpower it sais undefined
    4. Where can I find a slime girl or a lamia. The only place i found a lamia in the undertown prison...

    2. 1. A girl has max potential 17, but only she only got 14 skill points at level 20, so at some point she stopped getting skill points.
      2. A few times it happened in the slave market, and the last time in the undertown prison

    3. 2. Definitely in the slave market. Could it be the halfkin slaves? Everything else seems to show up if you cycle through slaves for long enough.
      3. Have also gotten this one. I think it is with the common girls (of various races) encountered. Does not happen with warriors and other advanced encounters.

  10. 1. I had a halfkin fox who can't raise Allure past Apprentice, so this mean her racial bonus not worked at all (or have incorrect description). This happened in previous version (0.6.5.1), but I don't found anything related in patch notes.

    Human racial bonus also don't allow train Servitude to master level (at least for girls without enough Willpower), but this look more like feature.

    2. Is completely bug-safe to save/load only at mansion main screen?

      2. I have placed lots of fail-safes in the code, so shouldn't really break anything if you save in most places.

  12. Minor text bug. When casting Sedation on a girl, text is missing a space after cast.
    "You castSedation on *girl*. This makes her slightly more obedient and relieve some of the stress.

  13. There is a bug. At slave creation screen exceptionally beautiful slaves becomes very pretty when game starts.

  14. Is it possible to break someone of an "Iron Will" as I have a girl with max obediance and loyalty, but she still refuses to do anythign other than rest all the time. Tried braking her will, but despite being at well over 400 stress... she still doesn't lose willpower.

    1. How come she refuses to do anything? Iron will shouldn't prevent any actions.

    2. I've had something similar happen to me. Where an obedient slave will refuse to do a specific job. I thought it was a feature honestly

    3. It may happen when corruption is low and you ask for sex related stuff, but corruption works differently from obedience.
